Hinesville Day Spa Massage & Wellness

By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following:

  • Appointments are reserved specifically for you and may require a valid card to book.
  • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened services; full service fees still apply.
  • All services are for wellness purposes only and are not medical treatment.
  • Respectful conduct is required at all times. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
  • The Spa reserves the right to refuse service for safety, health, or policy violations.

Continued use of services indicates acceptance of these terms.

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide services, manage appointments, and communicate with you.
  • Client information is kept confidential and is not sold or shared outside of essential business operations.

By using our services or booking online, you consent to this policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services are non-refundable once rendered.

Cancellations or rescheduling less than 12 hours before the appointment, including no-shows, result in a $50 charge.

Packages and gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable unless stated otherwise.

Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days, unused and in original condition.

Please contact us promptly if you have concerns so they may be addressed appropriately.
