Swedish Massage is a basic, therapeutic form of massage that increases circulation and removal of toxins by using long strokes and short kneeding motions. Our Swedish Massage is a firm massage that addresses the tension spots in the body, neck, and shoulders.
1/2 hr. - $45 (back, neck, shoulders) / 1 hr. - $75 (full body)
Our Sports or Deep Tissue Massage benefits athletes and body workers because of the cross-fiber strokes, trigger point work, and increased pressure in tight spots.
This is a workout for your body rather than a simple relaxing massage.
1/2 hr. - $55 / 1 hr. - $85 / 1 and 1/2 hrs. - $120
The Pre-Natal Massage is designed for the last two trimesters of pregnancy. We use specially designed massage pillows to support the mother's body both face up and face down!
Back and feet are two points of special attention for these new mothers-to-be.
